THE CHILDREN IN GAZA

It is summer holiday in Gaza, but the residents have nowhere to go, since the strip is secluded from the rest of the world.

The traumatized children play and run around in the ruins, and are afraid of more war.

Unless the UN organization UNWRA receives additional funds for its general fund, they will be forced to keep schools closed from the fall.

This will mean that Gaza's 240,000 children do not have a school to attend. The people of Gaza are impatient.

One year ago, the Gaza war started, in which 140,000 houses and apartments were completely or partially destroyed.

Not one of the more than 12,000 completely destroyed houses has been rebuilt.
